Terms, Conditions & Waiver: By entering into this event on behalf of yourself, your child or other dependents, or any other person, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: I know that any type of physical activity, including running or walking a race, is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants or motor vehicles, the effects of weather including low temperatures, snow, ice or wet surfaces, and the condition of the course, as such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, and release the West Central District Health Department, Lincoln County, the City of North Platte, North Platte Recreation Department, Great Plains Health, Platte River Fitness Series, any and all sponsors of any level, any and all organizers, volunteers, their representatives, and successors from claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.
